They were struck by the arm of a crane on the back of a lorry as it drove past.The children's mother escaped serious injury. The 43-year-old driver of the HGV stopped immediately after the accident in Horley, Surrey, on Wednesday afternoon.A Surrey police spokeswoman said the children's injuries were "potentially life-threatening but stable".
