Pretty good - eating little and often helps keep glucose levels balanced and provides consistent levels of energy. Cynthia's intake of fresh fruit and vegetables seems high, as does her water consumption - I'm impressed. I'd say that her protein levels are low, and, as she is a vegetarian, I'd recommend adding more beans and legumes to increase them. Soya yoghurts are a good alternative to the cow's or sheep's milk kind, but most have added sugar, so they aren't always the better option.
