Stars say farewell to TV's Price

Celebrities from television and radio today paid tribute to Christopher Price at the presenter's funeral at the Brompton Oratory.

They joined family members in a 100-strong congregation at a requiem mass for the 34-year-old Liquid News frontman, who died at his London home last month.

Among those attending were Claire Sweeney, who was to have presented the Eurovision Song Contest with Price, Jenny Eclair, Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles, Claudia Winkelman and The Royle Family's Ralph Little. Kylie Minogue sent a bouquet with a moving note.

It is thought Price, who was openly gay, died after taking a drug overdose.
