And Tesco has appointed a full-time sprout taster in response to the soaring demand.The revival is due to a better appreciation of how to cook them and their reinvention as a health food, owing to their high vitamin C context.Tesco sprout taster Tony Vaughan said: "They have to have a nice sweet aftertaste and also have to be tight and compact."MORE ABOUTSales
