RAF payout on 'spooked' horse

A three-day eventer has won compensation from the Ministry of Defence after she was badly hurt when her horse was "spooked" by low-flying aircraft.

Eight months ago Heather Bell, 38, was thrown thrown to her death after her horse was allegedly startled by an RAF helicopter in Middle Rasen, Lincolnshire. An inquest is due to be held this year.
