It was eventually brought to a halt on the M25.The motorway had to be partly closed between Leatherhead and Guildford so police could stop the car using a rolling road block.The car contained five teenagers when police first tried to pull it over at 10.30am.A 17-year-old boy from Bexley was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for police, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and criminal damage.
