Party while you shop late in Regent St

Fashion fans will be able to drink and dance while shopping 'til they drop at a late-night opening event in Regent Street next week.

Some stores will have pop-up clubs and bars, Armani Exchange will have a DJ, while customers at Penhaligon's - taking its inspiration from the Twenties - can have lessons in dancing the Charleston.

More than 40 shops, bars and restaurants, are taking part in the Vogue Magazine event - Vogue Fashion's Night Out - on Thursday, when most of the stores will be open until 11pm. Sketch restaurant in Conduit Street is among those offering special promotions.

It is part of an annual string of international Vogue nights, starting on September 6 in Russia and ending in Greece and Turkey nine days later.
