Set up in 1994 by former singer Isobel Davies, who was tired of the lack of choice of organic fruit-and-veg in supermarkets. Based in Covent Garden and in Richmond, North Yorkshire, Farmaround makes about 1,500 deliveries a week to Londoners from 15 small and medium-sized producers in Yorkshire, Devon and Kent, together with a network of producers in continental Europe.
