Work up a sweat for a good cause by taking part in the London to Windsor bike ride.

A charity bike ride raising funds for Cancer Research UK. The route runs from Richmond Green to Alexandra Gardens, Windsor and you can sign up on the day for £10 (accompanied under-16s free).

A circus tent at the finish line is where you can celebrate your achievements with music, beer and massage for those weary muscles.
