Homes and Property | Home Page'My humiliation in Penthouse mag'James Langton12 April 2012The Benetton heiress that Penthouse magazine mistook for a near-naked Anna Kournikova has spoken of her humiliation at being pictured topless in the pornographic magazine.Judith Soltesz-Benetton, 28, took the stand in a New York court on day two of the so-called "Pornikova" case.The daughter-in-law of fashion designer Luciano Benetton is suing the already cash-strapped magazine for $10 million (£7m.) Giving evidence she said she was "very embarrassed, very offended" to find herself exposed in Penthouse.Clearly pregnant with her second child she said: "I would hope that this issue never reached the hands of my son or future child. I also believe it's very wrong because I never gave consent for the pictures."The top shelf magazine printed topless pictures of Ms Soltesz-Bennetton in its June edition claiming they were tennis ace Kournikova "up close on nude beach".Mrs Soltesz-Benetton says she was videoed secretly when she was on holiday in Miami in 1995.Kournikova, 20, has also filed a lawsuit against General Media Communications Inc, owner of Penthouse.MORE ABOUTBenettonNew York CityNew York StateNYC Upper East Side
