Looking for new views of capital

ACTRESS Joan Collins is heading a photography competition to find the best view of London.

She will encourage budding photographers to submit their snaps of the capital in the contest organised by eye research charity Fight for Sight.

Prizes include a three-night stay for two at the new Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel.
