Alexandre Mouradian, 38, head of the exchange traded options desk at Traditional Securities and Futures, is claiming that £92,571 was improperly deducted from the bonus pool for the second half of 2006. Documents lodged with the Court of Appeal show Mr Mouradian, of Kensington, had apportioned £1.32 million, or 92 per cent, of the bonus pool, for himself. This was on top of a £300,000 salary. Two junior members of his team were awarded £60,000 and £47,000 and another got only £2,000.
