Inquiry into race murder in cell

A judicial inquiry will be announced today into the racist murder of an Asian teenager at Feltham Young Offenders Institute.

Robert Stewart was jailed for life in October 2001 for beating 19-year-old Zahid to death with a table leg, on the day before he was due to be released.
