Mr Morandin, who lives with his wife in Forest Hill, said: "I'm very fortunate to be recognised in this way. Doing this wonderful job takes passion and technical skill." Mr Morandin, whose signature cocktail is the Martinez, has served some of the world's biggest stars, including Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt before last month's Baftas. He told how in the Nineties, Princess Diana walked in with a supermodel. "Princess Diana had a certain aura. She was magic," he said.
