Monday Feel ok, but thirsty. 8pm: This evening is karaoke night and I get through eight pina coladas! Tuesday Feeling fine. 3pm: It's raining, so go for a drink at the bar. Drink eight half-pints of lager, then another three half-pints during dinner.WednesdayVery thirsty again. Noon: Go to the bar. Have four half-pints in the afternoon, and two with dinner. ThursdayFeeling great. 8.30 pm: After dinner, everyone's in a party mood. Have six Baileys cocktails.Total units: 16Friday Feeling fine. 1pm: Drink one glass of rum punch.9pm: After dinner, meet up with another couple and go to a club. Lose count of how many drinks I have - I think it's about 15.3am: Walk back to the hotel, where I'm sick. Down a pint of water before bed. Saturday I'll never drink again! I've been sick a lot in the night. 11am: Spend the day drinking water, but have to run to the toilet regularly to be sick. 1pm: Have soup for lunch, but still feel sick. 8.30pm: Try eating dinner but don't touch any alcohol.
