Two months after breaking her right arm on a film set, glamorous Bond girl Halle Berry still needs a plastic support cast.

The actress - who was injured while filming a physically tough scene with co-star Robert Downey Jnr for their forthcoming horror thriller Gothika - was one of a string of Hollywood stars who showed up at the Comic Convention Fair in San Diego, California.

British star Kate Beckinsale took time out from promoting her new movie to get up close and personal with her fiancé - in front of hundreds of delighted fans.
