Britons held in 156mph race

Three British businessmen taking part in a celebrity race across Spain have been arrested after reaching speeds of 156mph.

Robert Kenworthy, Gary Pudney and Pastou Panaylotis were stopped near Tarragona during the Gumball Rally across Spain and France.

Catalan government officials said they would sue five drivers after a judge ordered them to pay a £205 fine and allowed them to continue the race.

Also taking part are model Jodie Kidd, Jamiroquai singer Jay Kay and actor Adrien Brody.
