Last week Emma Noble was spotted coming out of a tanning salon. We know that a golden tan can do wonders for self-esteem - and Noble needs plenty of that, having been dumped by her husband, her lover and also given a mauling by the tabloids.

Unfortunately, sun beds are very bad for you and can cause skin cancer. Luckily, there are lots of other ways to improve your mood without damaging your health.
