Joseph Konopka, 27, who calls himself Dr Chaos, was jailed for conspiring to knock out power lines, burn buildings and damage computers in Wisconsin. He will serve an 11-year term when he finishes a 13-year prison sentence imposed in Illinois. He caused about ?500,000 damage in Wisconsin.
