Sylvester Stallone's golf retreat: Rocky star lists his Mediterranean-style getaway for sale for £2.7m

Sylvester Stallone is selling his golf club holiday home in La Quinta, California.

The Hollywood giant, who also owns coastal residences in Los Angeles and Coconut Grove in Miami, is asking £2.7 million for the Mediterranean-style house in Madison Club golf community.

Built in 2008, the 4,889sq ft house has four bedrooms, a formal dining room opening to a rear terrace, a wine room and an outdoor kitchen.

There is plenty of Med-style character, with coved ceilings and arched entryways between living spaces, while the master suite has a terrace that provides wonderful views to the mountains.

Outside there’s a pool and spa, lush planting and water features including a stream that meanders around rocks... a reminder for the next owner that the Rocky star lived here.
