Schools and houses, once scarce in Docklands, are attracting more family home-buyers to the area.

Royal Wharf is a new waterfront neighbourhood with London’s biggest collection of townhouses.

A new primary school and nursery is scheduled to open in September 2020, while coming sooner is an eye-catching riverbus jetty.

Up to 3,385 properties are being built at the 40-acre development, which will eventually have about 10,000 residents. Almost half the land is open space.
