Kris Jenner sells California home for £11.3m: Kardashian mum finds private buyer for Hidden Hills mansion opposite Kim and Kanye
Kris Jenner has reportedly sold her Californian mansion for £11.3 million, in a private sale.
In the exclusive Hidden Hills gated community and directly opposite daughter Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West’s sprawling eight-bedroom home, “momager” Kris is said to have paid just under £7.5 million three years ago for the property.
The 9,459sq ft home wasn’t put on the open market and a cash deal was reportedly struck, according to Variety magazine.
Despite making a healthy profit, Kris has spent a fair amount of money giving the luxurious house a sleek makeover in the time she’s owned it — complete with walnut flooring and Italian marble detailing in the family kitchen.
The farmhouse-style home boasts formal and informal dining rooms, an open-plan living room, a downstairs main bedroom suite with its own wing, plus another five bedrooms.
There's also a cinema room, an outdoor pool and a covered outside seating area.
Kris won’t be short of a place to live now she’s sold up.
She has the choice of the Kardashian family home, also in Hidden Hills, three condos in nearby Calabasas and a £9 million house in La Quinta, California.
