Pudding plate: The five mini desserts alongside a Ferrero Rocher
Ben Norum
21 November 2016

Dolce will run from December 1-11 and will serve five mini desserts each inspired by the Ferrero Rocher.

These will include a cocoa-roasted hazelnut in a praline mousse, a ganache-filled chocolate, a ganache ball rolled in crunchy wafer, a tempered chocolate dome topped with roasted hazelnut pieces, and a cloud of soft spun sugar dusted with edible gold glitter — the latter is a tribute to the chocolates’ famous golden wrapper.

Guests will also receive a Ferrero Rocher each to top off the indulgence, though whether it will be served by a tux-wearing waiter from a silver tray piled high with the treats in a pyramid formation — as in the lavish TV ads — is unconfirmed.
