Round-the-clock brasserie Vingt-Quatre has taken on Ben Parish (ex-MPW and The Groucho Club) as head chef and buffed up its menu with new dishes, including carpaccio of tuna with charred lime and miso, and plum tomato penne pasta with Parish's trademark basil Stolichnaya. There's also a new 24-hour T-Bar, offering such delights as Earl Grey with Lavender, Sunrise In Tibet and the alarmingly monikered Gunpowder (a type of green tea), but there's English Breakfast if you're not feeling adventurous.
