The Blues Kitchen sums up the EU referendum in a burger
As the referendum looms, talk of Brexit and the numerous arguments for and against parting ways with the EU are impossible to avoid.
What if it was simpler than that? What if the referendum could be summed up with a burger?
That’s what the Blues Kitchen has done, by creating a limited edition patty that's divided down the middle.
The double-decker burger will feature a dry-aged beef patty with English mustard, pickled onions, savaloy and red Leicester on one half and another patty with sauerkraut, baby gem, brie and chorizo on the other.

The first side represents the go-it-alone British option, while the other incorporates some of the finest foods of our continental neighbours.
You can chew over your vote from June 1 when The Clash burger launches at Blues Kitchen sites in Brixton, Camden and Shoreditch. And don’t forget to cast your all-important real vote on Thursday June 23 — will you go savaloy or chorizo?
