No rush for the long lunch

If there's one thing the Spanish excel at, it's the long lunch. But in these siestadeprived climes, it's hard to manage such luxurious lingering.

Highly acclaimed tapas restaurant Fino has therefore, in a very non-Iberian move, installed an Eating Bar for faster lunches, where up to ten customers can sit and watch the action in the kitchen as they zip through dishes from the a la carte or set menus, such as clams with sherry and ham, tiger prawns and milk-fed lamb cutlets.

In and out in an hour or less, they promise - the Spanish would be scandalised.
