There's a dish called the Pork Knuckle. There's no bone in it, no knuckle at all. It's just six squares of pork which is the tastiest thing you have ever put in your mouth.

It just blows you away. It's the best of the best of the best. I'm trying to find a better word, but it's not there.

They do Thai and Oriental cuisine, but they also do steaks like a barbecue and hang and cook the meat in this big metal gong. It's the best taste of barbecue steak you can have. It's in a class of its own. I was in there three or four days ago and this lady sat down with me while I was eating my steak. Another lady sitting at the next table asked later: 'Doesn't it annoy you?' But it's not annoying at all, it's a privilege that people want to talk to me. I want to eat, but I can eat while I talk. It's cool.

The ambience here is very good. It's classy, understated, traditional and very loungey and they have a high atrium. I like places where there's a good ambience. Their sea bass is also very good.

Good food, good ambience. Do I have to queue? I don't want to get them into trouble, because I know that everybody else has to book six months in advance but, er, put it this way: they know me well.
