The all-day menu offers all manner of opportunities, but you could do worse than summon the trolley upon which fishy delights are prepared by your table. Rather than tuna or wild salmon tartare, we opted for Dorset crab, served with mixed leaves, peas, basil, mint and lemon, which was fresh, light and delicious. I supplemented this with a plate of soft-shell crabs, until recently residents of a Venetian lagoon.
