Talad Thai, set up by Sa-ard Kriangsak and his wife Thanaporn, flies in fruit, veg and herbs weekly from Thailand, and there are staple sauces such as pad Thai (£1.49), Thai fish sauce (£1.29), sweet chilli sauce (£1.99) and coconut in all its forms - shredded, desiccated, creamed and as milk. Stock up on the curry pastes, too, from red, green and yellow, to panang, prik king and masaman.
