What to Expect
Thursdays are dedicated to jazz with The Ben Matthews Trio, serving a soup santé of accessible jazz standards inspired by the smoky basement New York jazz clubs of the 1930s and 40s.

Hot Dishes
The summer BBQ menu is in full swing with the likes of whole herb marinated rotisserie maze-fed chicken, tiger prawns with chilli, garlic and ginger or John Ross Scottish smoked salmon on offer. The a la carte menu is also available. The stone bass served with caramelised chicory, ratte potato and seaweed butter sauce is delicious. Or try the roasted rump of lamb.

Drink Up
The cocktail list has had a makeover and now features The Babylon. Inspired by the Tudor garden, it consists of fresh raspberries, blackberries and blueberries with Tanqueray gin and crème de mure.

Ambience
A room with a view, Babylon offers a sophisticated setting with an upbeat atmosphere in Kensington Roof Gardens. Depending on the mood there are alternative after dinner options. Guests can head to the club from 10pm where the resident summer DJs promise to keep the party going until 3am or can continue to explore the 1.5 acres of lush gardens enjoying the live band and champagne bar in the Spanish gardens.
