What's the inspiration? "Our design explores the cultural and geographic references to the area and is inspired by the themes of gin and tea: both symbols of British culture though one is the epitome of indulgence and revelry and the other a symbol of sophistication," says Emma Richardson, Interior Design Director at Jestico + Whiles.
Who goes there? Londoners as well as visitors looking for spectacular views of the city and a great dining experience. Gwyneth Paltrow and Matthew Williamson are among the famous faces who have been spotted at the venue.

Shop the style: Aqua Shard's interiors are from shops and specialists including , Liberty, Decca Furniture and Kinorigo.
What's on the menu? Beautifully prepared, fresh British produce. We loved the salmon, winter fruit and vegetables, Dover sole and Yorkshire rib-eye. Puddings are a treat too. Try David's Mess - a delicious twist on the traditional Eton Mess.
