Blend each soup with a stick blender until smooth, then pass through a sieve and pour back into the rinsed out saucepans. Bring the soups back to the boil, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Pour into separate jugs and with the help of one of your guests, pour the soups into your warmed bowls at the same time being careful not to let them mix together too much. With a small spoon, swirl the top of each bowl of soup just before bringing to the table.
