After visiting the chocolate shops in Paris whilst working there, Gareth Jones returned to London wanting to bring together some of the best chocolatiers from the UK and abroad. Currently there are six, including London’s Damian Allsop and the French master chocolatier Franck Daubos. Events take place every few months.
