Taste assessment: It may be billed as “ultra low-calorie” but this lovable noodle soup comes in a greedy-sized pot. On the shelf, it’s only half full but when topped up with boiling water (Crussh will do this or you can handle it yourself back at the office) the dried flavourings and noodles turn the whole thing into a full helping of something wonderful. Crunchy fresh ingredients include bits of sliced French beans, spring onion, grated carrot, baby spinach and a few juicy prawns, and the punchy lemongrass and chilli flakes bring on the oomph. Guilt-free chow at its best.
