The smoking area is on the street and, as we popped out for a ciggie, we noticed even usually nonchalant Shoreditch types passing by looked shocked by the smokers who’d taken the circus dress code seriously. We danced on until past 2am, when it was time to reluctantly return from the Twenties to the Noughties, where anything goes as far as dress is concerned, but sadly, booze isn’t served in teapots any more.
