Taste of London festival 2013 - preview

In its tenth anniversary year, the four-day restaurant festival returns to Regent’s Park with a mega line-up that includes some of the world’s best chefs and the capital’s hottest new restaurants.

This major summer social event will host a selection of recent entries to London’s restaurant scene, including Duck & Waffle, Lima and Sushisamba.

Taste visitors will also be able to shop from 200 boutique food and drink stalls, indulge in fine wine tasting, and become a champagne pro at a new Grape to Glass masterclass from Laurent-Perrier.

The festival's theme is collaboration and reunion, and it will indeed be bringing together a range of top gourmet talents including London’s own Raymond Blanc and The Baker Brothers.

As the headline sponsor of the festival, British Airways will return to offer a sneak preview of its new A380 aircraft's menu. And the Electrolux Taste Theatre will present a line-up of world class chefs who will showcase their food-making skills to visitors in interactive cooking demonstrations.
