With his head in between its huge jaws, this child appears to be at the mercy of a fearsome dinosaur. But thankfully he is no danger, as the creature is merely a puppet from a show at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.
Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo uses life-size puppetry to bring the dinosaurs to life, including the more friendly-looking Titanosaur, which posed with flowers in its mouth, and the carnivorous Australovenator. The production, suitable for over-threes, has daytime performances until September 8.
