The sun has come out and a new season of ace London happenings has begun.

Hollywood will be serving up new X-Men, Godzilla and Spider-Man films, and there are blockbuster exhibitions (Matisse, Vikings), new theatre shows with starry casts (Carey Mulligan in Skylight and Fatal Attraction starring Sex and the City's Kristin Davis) and big-name comedy tours (Miranda Hart, Jack Whitehall) heading to London over the next few months.

You can eat at new restaurants from Alan Yau and Ollie Dabbous, shop at new boutiques from Karl Lagerfeld and Roksanda Ilincic, and indulge your inner child at The Lego Show.

The festival season kicks off with We Are FSTVL, while Arcade Fire, One Direction and Elbow headline mega gigs of their own.
