On Wednesday, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the Royal Opera House for a tour of the costume department and made sure she was dressed for the part.
Kate donned a dramatic magenta suit consisting of a fitted peplum jacket and pleated skirt designed by Oscar de la Renta. The look retails for £2,736.
This wouldn't be the first time Kate has worn the luxe number, forever a pro at recycling her wardrobe, she first wore the vibrant ensmble to the UK Guild of Health Writers conference in 2017.
Continuing to put a modern spin on her wardrobe, Kate ditched her trusty nude pumps for a modern pair of black patent heels with a distinctive gold pebble by London-based designer Rupert Sanderson.
The £525 Nada pumps are exclusive to the brand's Mayfair boutique and feature an appropriate mid heel. They're described on the website as being: "the right side of sensible, so wear them for work - or for play, with print, pattern or monochrome."
Kate also refreshed the look with a modern boxy bag by Aspinal of London. The £495 croc printed bag featured the same patent finish as the shoes.
The 37-year-old also recycled a pair of oak leaf 18k gold and diamond earrings from Asprey London worth £5,000.
