The students carried out more than 30 hours of interviews about mental health experiences. Every line and lyric of the 80-minute show is taken from the interviews, accompanied by a “haunting” score.
Its composer Sam Woof McColl, 19, said: “This project feels more urgent now than ever. I could not be more delighted that it is going to be shown to a wider audience.”
Proceeds from the performance, which will be followed by a Q&A session with the cast and teacher-director, will be donated to the charities Young Minds and Place2Be, which support young Londoners.
Up to 300 free tickets are available for under-18s living in Westminster.
Tickets are available for £50 at thesavoytheatre.com
