Culture | TheatreLuvvies united for ShakespeareRex Stanhope10 April 2012Some of Britain's most celebrated actors and musicians perform personal interpretations of Shakespearean sonnets at a special Royal Academy of Dramatic Art's gala concert this Sunday.Those expected at When Love Speaks include: a reunited Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, Des'ree, Dave Gilmour, Richard Briers and Fiona Shaw.This unlikely crew of luvvies and ageing pop stars are performing their Shakespearean sonnets to promote an album of the same name released this week through EMI Classics, featuring their work.Alan Rickman will present the second half after hot-footing it from a matinee performance of Private Lives.
