Blink, and you’ll definitely miss this one. The dance spectacular Flash Mob is coming to the capital for three weeks only, and they’re bringing a whole host of dance stars with them.
Hot on the heels of their sell-out Edinburgh Festival shows, Flash Mob are setting up camp at the West End’s Peacock Theatre. The genre-mixing show will fuse an electric mix of contemporary blended with Celtic, and jazz mashed with jump jive.
And if you know your TV dance shows you’re in for a treat too, as stars from numerous TV talent shows are set to be foot-tapping their way across the Peacock’s stage. Sky’s Got To Dance duo Alleviate and Irish dancers Brosena will be showing off their talents, and MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew winners The Elektrolytes will be shaking up the stage with their hip hop rhythms and moves.
That’s not all from the TV talent side of things though, as BBC’s Saturday night prime-time So You Think You Can Dance? winner Charlie Bruce will be lighting up the stage with her moves, along with Latin hip-swinger-turned-Hollywood-star R.Elle Niane from Street Dance 2.
Created by and all taking place under the watchful eye of Thriller Live and X Factor choreographer Gary Lloyd, Flash Mob is guaranteed to get your heels clicking.
