Rod Stewart will perform a one-off concert in Hyde Park this September, he has revealed.
The rocker said the gig, part of Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, will be a “one-time-only experience” of some of his most popular but rarely performed songs.
Also performing at the one-day event on September 13 are Bryan Adams, Giorgio Moroder, The Corrs, Leona Lewis, Kate Rusby, Will Young, Shaun Escoffery, The Shires and Ward Thomas.
Stewart, 70, said: “This show is going to be a one-time-only experience. I’m excited to do some of the fan favourites that I also love — in football terms, these are the impact players that often get left on the bench.”
Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park takes place on Sunday 13 September. Tickets are available now starting at £39.
