Magnum show off their new blood

Magnum Photos is 60 this year and, to celebrate, the agency's London print room is exhibiting four of its newest members. They each have wildly different styles but together they mark a movement away from photojournalism to a more art-based practice for the prestigious cooperative.

Antoine D'Agata is perhaps the least 'Magnum'. The Frenchman doesn't do editorial or commercial work, and his two series on show are impressionistic rather than documentary. In Stigma, bodies are curled into amoeba shapes or made skeletal, while Insomnia shows torsos awkwardly splayed in an accumulation of restlessness.

There are only two images by the Australian Trent Parke, the beginnings of colour work by a photographer known for his black and white shots. They manage to maintain his film noir, however, with shadows predominating despite the bright blue skies. British-born Mark Power's photographs of Poland are similarly unsettling, with a certain stillness among the backdrops of abandoned fridges and giant graffiti tags.

Jonas Bendiksen, the agency's youngest member, is the most 'Magnum' of the lot. His Satellites images (pictured) document the leftovers of the Soviet era in peripheral regions, such as Moldova and the Black Sea. The rusting hull of a ship or a heap of space junk have become part of the landscape, structures to be climbed or jumped from, like ruins from an ancient civilisation.
