Chan's natural acrobatics were wonderfully wacky, risky and funny. But this dumb movie has so little faith in the little guy that it uses accelerated motion to speed up his antics and CGi techniques to enhance his anti-gravity expertise. The result: a totally misguided effort to turn the maestro into the Matrix.
