Going, Going, Gone With The Wind

Frankly, my dear, you will have to bid more than a damn when the world's largest collection of Gone With The Wind memorabilia goes up for auction in New York tonight.

Estimates include £5,000 for a petticoat worn by Vivien Leigh and a first edition of Margaret Mitchell's best-seller signed by the stars at over £10,000.

The collection was assembled by retired postman Herb Bridges at his home in Sharsburg, Georgia.
