A first-person documentary meditation on the life and Aids-related death of the front man of the Atlanta quintet Smoke, Robert Curtin Dickerson aka Benjamin.

Jem Cohen and Peter Sillen weave the late hedonist and drag queen's reminiscences into a view of the run-down milieux in Cabbagetown that spawned his punk blues.

Also showing is Peter Sillen's complementary film Speed Racer, about the world of Will Chesnutt, a cult musician from Athens, Georgia.
