He teams up reluctantly with rapper DMX's heist-meister in this excessively vicious Joel Silver kick-butt, martial-arts, bank-raid, street-chase, chop-socky, striptease actioner that is crawling with every kind of criminal lowlife, black and white, you could wish for (if you were in the target audience of street muggers).

Do you wonder why much of the world hates Americans just now?
