Fresh from his successful performance at the Edinburgh festival, observational comedian Paul Chowdhry brings his What’s Happening White People show to London.
His improvisation skills and brutal honesty have caused him to be described as a 'dangerous comic genius' by the British-based Eastern Eye newspaper, but the British comedian's attempts to break down barriers in the name of comedy have earned him rave reviews from critics around the world.
Having previously sold out the Leicester Square Theatre with his solo show The Ironic Ironic, Chowdhry seems to continue the theme in this latest show with unscripted musings such as how ‘ironic’ replaced ‘offensive’ and became the PC way of making uncouth remarks featuring in the show.
Its these acute observations on subjects like racial political correctness that have amde him one to watch.
