Two more directors leave Bramson’s Electra

Ed Bramson’s makeover of Electra Private Equity has continued apace as two female board members quit the group.

Dame Kate Barker, who served for six years, and Francesca Barnes, who had a three-year stint, left with immediate effect.

Another female board member, Josyane Gold, left at the start of the month.

Electra has hired search firm Korn Ferry to find replacements. Electra is also close to appointing a new chief financial officer.

Bramson is Electra’s top shareholder, with just under 30%, and has been reshaping the company since he effectively took control last year.
